8. Subscriptions

Certain services or programs may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Subscription terms, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase or registration.

 

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Users are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions before the renewal date where applicable.

9. Shipping and Delivery

10. Cancellation and Refund

  • cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable;

  • failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the full session fee being charged; and

  • refunds are not guaranteed once services have commenced or digital materials have been accessed.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Cancellation and Refund Policy and any service-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the client and AUCRC.
